Everything is clearer when the facade is lifted.   Question is though, was the obscurity more for them or for himself?  Just be yourself.
 
These badges were released at the Tokyo Game Show in 2016 as part of a 1st installment introduction to the now (in)famous Phantom Thieves. Released from gacha machines at the event.  The second badge installment has more badges including our favourite confidants, we also have these on the Null:NonGrata site.
